Affected Service: Fusebox Gateway, Fusebox Portal

Elavon will deploy a system update to the Fusebox production environment. Customers will continue to be able to utilize the Fusebox platform for transaction processing. Users may see intermittent access issues with transactional viewing, reporting and settlement functionality within the Fusebox Portal/UI due to ongoing scheduled maintenance. There is no expected impact to authorizations during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
