Affected Service: Converge - Receipt Printing

We are aware of an issue that may be restricting the ability to print receipts for some customers. Technical teams are engaged and working towards resolution. Support teams have advised of the following workaround for customers.

The “Print” button at the top of the Converge receipt popup is not working currently.

Left click into the Receipt Window

Then use either the keyboard shortcut “Control + P” or Right Click, then Print.

This will bring up the print window allowing the receipt to be printed.
