Affected Service: Elavon Database Maintenance
Elavon will deploy a system update to our production environment. During this update, Converge Auto Settlement & Recurring Billing will be suspended and will run once these updates are complete. As a result, customers will see delayed settlements in their reports. No funding delays are anticipated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Customers will continue to be able to login to the Virtual Terminal and utilize the Converge platform for transaction processing. No processing impact is expected.
