Affected Service: Converge Database
Elavon will deploy a database system update to the Converge production environment. Customers will continue to be able to login to the Virtual Terminal and utilize the Converge platform for transaction processing.
Auto Settlement & Recurring Billing will be suspended during this maintenance and will run once the database has been updated. As a result customers will see delayed settlements in their reports. No funding delays are anticipated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
