Elavon will be conducting an emergency production update today to the MedEpay Production environment to avoid a future service disruption. As a result of this update, users will experience brief periods of disruption beginning shortly after 1:30 PM ET. We are expecting less than 1 minute of downtime.

Additionally, there will be a production maintenance update occurring during the normal maintenance period between 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM ET, with up to 30 minutes of downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience.
