What’s changing
To improve email delivery and security, email notifications sent from the Elavon Status Site will begin coming from a new sender domain.
- Current sender: @elavon.com
- New sender (starting March 16th) : @mail.status.elavon.com
What this means for you
• The content and timing of status notifications will not change.
• You may notice a different “From” address on future emails.
• No action is required unless your organization uses email allowlists or filters.
Recommended action
To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please add mail.status.elavon.com to your approved sender list.
This change is being made to ensure reliable delivery of status notifications and does not impact Elavon services or system availability.
