We wanted to inform you that all of Elavon’s merchant systems and platforms are operating normally at this time. There is no indication of any impact on Elavon’s ability to authorize, process, settle and fund our customers’ payments from the global computer and technology outages. If you are having difficulty processing your payments, please check with your PSP/terminal provider.

Elavon continues to monitor the global outages and impairments announced by the third-party IT company Crowdstrike, which may have caused some of our customers to experience a disruption in their ability to accept and authorize their payment transactions.
