Upcoming Elavon Terminal Download URL Data Center Migration

Beginning May 6th Elavon will be migrating the Terminal Download URL to a new Data Center and we’d like to ensure that your Class A Verifone Vx & Ingenico Telium terminals are unaffected.

If your terminal is behind a firewall, please visit our list of Elavon domains and IP addresses and see the section titled “IP addresses to Allow”. Please ensure that these IP addresses are whitelisted/safelisted on your Network’s firewall settings.

If you are experiencing issues, please contact 1-800-377-1243 for assistance.

If you no longer want to receive these notifications, please click the “Manage your subscription” option on your email or visit status.Elavon.com to update your notification preferences.
